This full-time position reports to the head of Supply Chain. The start date is expected to be May 01, 2022, working from our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with other managers and procurement
Coordinate and supervise receiving, shipping and warehousing procedures
Oversee distribution of raw materials in the organization
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and inventory locations
Monitor and report on inventory levels and adjustments and assist in ensuring availability of materials
Collate, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
Document internal transfers and shipments to update inventory
Manage all documents pertaining to receiving, shipping and inventory as necessary
Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiar with logistics procedures, including importing and exporting
Critical attention to detail
Forklift certification would be an asset
DGT certification would be an asset
GMP Environment experience would be an asset
BSc/BA in supply chain, logistics or relative field would be an asset
